Agreement and Acknowledgement

The above Student Organization is first and foremost a USC student organization and is permitted to take direction from the USC only;

The Affiliated Organization will not attempt to control the day-to-day operations of the USC Student Organization;

The Affiliated Organization recognizes the Student Organization as a separate entity from itself;

The USC has the right to determine if this External Affiliation is appropriate for the USC Clubs Community and is permitted to end and/or deny an affiliation if it is deemed inappropriate;

The USC maintains exclusive rights to unilaterally modify the Student Organizations constitution, including the removal/modification of an external affiliation;

Completion of this form does not guarantee that an affiliation between the USC and the above-named organization will be approved.
